Jesse de los Santos is the bass player for the Denver based thrash metal band HAVOK formed in 2004. Jesse is known for his highly skilled work on their two albums Burn (2009) and Time Is Up (2011) on Candlelight Records. Jesses bass work can not go unnoticed in either of these albums. The tone is heavy and thunderous and shown prominently in the mix between the heavy guitars and drums. His use of slap bass is heard throughout, which is rarely seen in most metal bands.
