Jon Reshard is a widely-acclaimed bass virtuoso who has been
covered in both Bass Player and Jazz Times magazines. Influenced by many bass
figures, including Jaco Pastorious and John Patitucci, his soulful and
articulate bass playing has reached a whole new level with the release of his
new self-titled album.
The new disc features the legendary Greg Howe on guitar and
Dave Weckl on drums. Most of the tunes are Reshard originals, except for a
moving cover of Billy Joel’s “She’s Always a Woman.”
Jon is a dedicated Ampeg endorser and is currently featured
